By installing ShopTrack Pro, the merchant agrees to use the service lawfully and in accordance with Shopify's platform rules.

Service

ShopTrack Pro provides Shopify merchants with order synchronization, fulfillment and shipment tracking, delay visibility, and operational reports. Carrier data may be delayed or incomplete because it originates from third-party logistics systems.

Merchant responsibilities

• Maintain control of the Shopify store and app authorization.
• Use shipment and report data only for lawful business purposes.
• Configure accurate carrier information where configuration is required.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to correct reproducible defects, but do not guarantee uninterrupted carrier or Shopify API availability.

Termination and data

The merchant may uninstall the app at any time. Data handling after uninstall follows the Privacy Policy and Shopify's mandatory privacy-webhook process.
